What fees might apply?
Each visit includes a $60 transportation fee. Additional charges may include parts (if needed), labor hours at $130/hr, and a $50 rush fee for emergency service.
Do I need to diagnose the issue first?
If you’re unsure or your description turns out to be inaccurate, we’ll perform a one-hour diagnostic service to correctly identify the problem before repairs begin.
Do I have to call, or can I book online?
Either way works! Our system is available 24/7 for online scheduling. Phone support is available during normal business hours (9 AM – 5 PM).
Outside of those hours, our call center remains on call — please be patient, as response times may vary.
All representatives are fluent in American English, guaranteed.
How does the process work after booking?
Once you’re in our system, booking future services is as simple as selecting your vehicle and choosing a repair from your list.
After receiving your request, we’ll determine whether a diagnostic hour is required to confirm the issue. If parts are needed, we’ll source them locally first to save you time and money — or order them online if necessary.
You’ll receive a full invoice for approval before any parts are ordered or repairs begin.
Payment Options:
Depending on the repair and payment method, multiple payments may be required (for example, one for parts and another for labor) or you may choose to pay in full upfront.

We are often at the mercy of part stores and our wholesale suppliers, so occasional delays may occur that are outside of our control.
